Ordering
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
- Production starts only after artwork approval and deposit have been received.
Artwork Approval
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
- Please verify spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, colors, sizes, and all design details.
- Once a proof has been approved, Shop JASH is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Turnaround Time
- Production times vary depending on the product, order quantity, and current workload.
- Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of ordering.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Custom Products
- All products are custom-made specifically for each customer.
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products unless the item contains a manufacturing or printing defect caused by Shop JASH.
- Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your items.
- If an error is determined to be our responsibility, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected item at our discretion.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
- Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed.
Customer-Supplied Items
- We gladly decorate customer-supplied garments and products whenever possible.
- While every effort is made to handle customer items with care, Shop JASH is not responsible for damage resulting from defects in customer-supplied materials or items that cannot withstand the decoration process.
Color Variations
- Printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, or printed proofs due to differences in screens, materials, and printing processes.
Pickup & Delivery
- Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
- Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on the location.
- Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to storage limitations.
Intellectual Property
- By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, the customer confirms they have the legal right to reproduce and use the materials.
- Shop JASH is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.
Limitation of Liability
- Shop JASH’s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
