Please review our policies before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ordering<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>50% non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required before production begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production starts only after artwork approval and deposit have been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artwork Approval<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please verify spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, colors, sizes, and all design details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once a proof has been approved, Shop JASH is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Turnaround Time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production times vary depending on the product, order quantity, and current workload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of ordering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Custom Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All products are custom-made specifically for each customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Due to the personalized nature of our products, <strong>all sales are final<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Returns &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made products unless the item contains a manufacturing or printing defect caused by Shop JASH.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any concerns regarding your order must be reported within <strong>48 hours<\/strong> of receiving your items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If an error is determined to be our responsibility, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected item at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders may be cancelled before production begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once production has started, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Customer-Supplied Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We gladly decorate customer-supplied garments and products whenever possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While every effort is made to handle customer items with care, Shop JASH is not responsible for damage resulting from defects in customer-supplied materials or items that cannot withstand the decoration process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Color Variations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Printed colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on computer monitors, mobile devices, or printed proofs due to differences in screens, materials, and printing processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pickup &amp; Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is available for an additional fee depending on the location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders not picked up within a reasonable period may be subject to storage limitations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>By submitting artwork, logos, or designs, the customer confirms they have the legal right to reproduce and use the materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shop JASH is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shop JASH\u2019s liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for choosing <strong>Shop JASH - Dise\u00f1o e impresi\u00f3n personalizados<\/strong>.
